1. What Is Bratland VIP?

Bratland VIP is our premium membership designed for our most dedicated customers. Members get real, tangible benefits on every order — faster shipping, exclusive products, better prices, and a little something extra with every purchase.

By joining, you agree to these Terms alongside our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.

2. VIP Benefits

3. Eligibility

To become a Bratland VIP Member, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid Bratland account with accurate billing and contact details
  • Reside in a region where subscription-based membership programs are permitted

4. Introductory Offer, Pricing & Billing

New Bratland VIP Members are charged $1 USD at signup for immediate access to VIP Membership benefits.

Unless canceled, your membership will automatically renew 14 days after your initial purchase date at a recurring rate of $29.99 USD every 30 days thereafter.

By enrolling in the Bratland VIP Membership program, you authorize Bratland to charge your selected payment method for all applicable recurring subscription fees unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership charges will continue automatically until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@bratland.store prior to your next billing date.

5. Free Gifts — How It Works

  • One complimentary gift is included per order, automatically added at packing.
  • Gifts are selected based on availability and may vary between orders.
  • Gifts have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • Orders that are refunded or returned in full will not qualify for gift retention.

6. Faster Shipping — Terms

  • Priority dispatch applies to in-stock items on eligible orders.
  • Shipping upgrades are applied automatically — no coupon or code needed.
  • Delivery timelines may vary by region and carrier. Bratland is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

7. Exclusive Drops — Access

  • Early access windows are communicated via email to active VIP Members.
  • Access is tied to your registered account and is non-transferable.
  • Bratland reserves the right to limit quantities per member during exclusive drops.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Bratland VIP Membership at any time with no penalty:

Your benefits remain fully active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

9. Refund Policy

Bratland VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future recurring charges.

Refund requests related to accidental renewals may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 48 hours of the renewal transaction.

Physical products purchased separately through the Bratland store remain subject to the standard store return policy.

10. Fair Use

Bratland VIP is intended for individual, personal use. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently cancel memberships involved in abuse, fraud, reselling of gifted items at scale, or any activity that exploits program benefits in bad faith.

11. Changes to the Program

We may update benefits, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email at least 7 days in advance. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
